Final Preliminary Design (APD) – Client Signature

Preparation of the tender documents (DCE)

It depends on the scope of the project. Generally, allow 2 to 4 months for studies, 1 to 2 months for consultation, then the duration of the work (which varies depending on the project).

What happens in case of faulty workmanship?

We carry out regular checks during the work. If a defect is found, we ask the company involved to correct it. The legal guarantees (ten-year, two-year, and completion guarantees) protect you after acceptance of the work.
