The project

The 5-star Villa de Bata Hotel is a large-scale international hotel project located in the Republic of Equatorial Guinea. With its 50,000 m² and a budget of 150 million euros, This project illustrates Immotech's ability to manage complex operations over the long term and internationally.

Immotech intervened in Project Management Assistance across the entire project, in collaboration with CSCEC (China State Construction Engineering Corporation), a major construction company, and Xavier Cartron, architect of the project.

This project took place on 9 years, from the construction of the structure (2012-2014) to the interior and exterior fittings (2014-2021), requiring rigorous coordination between international teams, local technical constraints and the requirements of a 5-star hotel establishment.
